Buckwheat groats are the hulled seeds of the buckwheat plant, has quite mild and nutty flavor. When roasted or toasted, the flavor become more intense and nuttier.
Cooking Instruction: Wash and rinse, add 2 parts of water to 1 part of groats, bring to boil. Lower the heat, cover and simmer for 15-25 minutes or until tender and all liquid is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and serve.
