Brining
Spice BlendA magical spice blend, excellent for brining before cooking/roasting meat. Brining improves the flavor, texture and moisture content of lean meats like Turkey, Chicken, Game Hen, Duck and Seafood (salmon, trout, shrimp). Brining makes the meat more moist and flavorful than un-brined meat.
Ingredients:
Orange peel, Lemon peel, Garlic, Onion, Rosemary, Thyme, Sage, Fennel, Allspice, Coriander, Black Peppercorn, Juniper berries, Bay leaf.
Brining Recipe:
Add approximately 1/4 cup (4tbsp) of the Brining Spice Blend to 2 gallons of water or broth with 1 cup of salt and 1 cup brown sugar. Bring to a boil, to dissolve the sugars & salt and bring out the flavor of herbs, let cool and fully submerge the bird, cooling the mixture to below 40°F in the refrigerator. The turkey should sit in the brine for about 1 hour per pound of turkey.
To begin cooking/ roasting the turkey, remove it from the brine and rinse it off thoroughly in the sink with cold water until all traces of salt are off the surface inside and out.

The stock is constantly changing and not fully managed by us because of the involvement of several different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any point. It's possible that you may not receive your purchase after the order has been made.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we're not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
The item must not be in use and must be in its original condition. It should also be in the original packaging.
