These tapioca pearls are Bubble tea (boba) ingredients, and are sweet pops of goodness that give drinks and desserts a distinctively chewy texture.
Instruction: Bring 10 cup water to a boil, add slowly 1 cup tapioca and gently stir, tapioca will start to float. Cover and cook for 2-3 min in med heat. Turn off heat and simmer 2-3minutes., or until soft. Scoop the tapioca, put them in cold water for 20 sec and transfer to a bowl. Then you can add them to milk tea to make bubble tea or dessert.
One cup will makes about two cup of cooked boba.
