A unique bread mix to make a classic tangy & savory, golden loaf of sourdough bread.
Ingredients: Enriched wheat flour bleached, salt, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil, sugar, adipic acid, dextrose, dry whey, corn flour, vital.
To Make Sourdough Bread: Add 1 1/2 tbsp. dry yeast to 1 3/4 cup warm water and let sit for five min. Add 5 cups (approx.) bread mix and stir until the mix is wet. Knead or mix until smooth. Cover dough & let rise for 40-45 min. Divide into two loaves & place on a sheet pan (covered) for 30-45 min. Bake for 35-40 min. at 375°F.
