Oriental Seasoning MixUse this distinctive blend to create authentic Asian-inspired meals like stir-fry dishes, salad dressing, fried rice, pasta dishes, pan fried fish and other meat, poultry, seafood, tofu, and vegetable dishes.

Ingredients:
Sesame Seed, Bell Peppers, Garlic, Onion, Black Pepper, Celery Flakes, Lemon Peel, Mustard Seed, Freeze-dried Lemon Powder.
To make marinade for meat or poultry before grilling:
Mix 3tbsp Oriental Seasoning,1/2 cup soy sauce, and 3tbsp molasses.

For salad dressing:
Add to oil and a dash of rice vinegar for instant salad dressing.

Recipe to prepare Oriental style fried rice w/ chicken:

In a skillet add 2tbsp vegetable oil, add 6 pcs chicken breasts cut into cubes, stir fry until both side white and tender, remove and keep aside. Stir-fry 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, 3 green onion slices and 2 cans of drained mushrooms until tender-crisp and remove from skillet. In the skillet scramble 2 eggs, keep aside. Add 1tbsp oriental seasoning, 3 cups of cooked rice in skillet, 2tsp soy sauce, mix gently, add the chicken pcs, vegetables and the eggs, mix and allow all to heat through, season with salt to taste and serve.
